My Working Life

THE WORKING YEARS

My Career.
My Experiences.

My career hasn’t followed just one path. I’ve worked in hospitality,
healthcare, technology, retail, entertainment, fitness and customer
service — and every stop along the way has taught me something different.

More Than a Résumé

I’ve spent more than fifteen years working directly with people. Some
positions put me behind a front desk, others behind a computer, register,
phone or concession counter. Along the way I’ve learned how to solve
problems, communicate with different personalities, work independently
and help keep an operation moving when things get hectic.

Comfort Suites

CHAPTER 01

Front Desk Agent + Night Auditor

Comfort Suites · Palm Bay, Florida · 2026—Present
Hospitality brought together many of the skills I had developed throughout
my career. I manage guest check-ins and check-outs, reservations, payments
and concerns while keeping the front desk running smoothly.

During overnight shifts, I also handle night-audit responsibilities,
reconcile daily transactions, prepare reports and verify that hotel
systems and financial records accurately close out the business day.

CHAPTER 02

Website + Social Media Management

Practitioners In Motion · Melbourne, Florida · 2025—2026
This role allowed two sides of my experience to come together:
technology and communication. I maintained the websites for
Practitioners In Motion and A Kut Above, keeping information current
and making sure the sites remained functional for visitors.
I also managed Facebook and Instagram content, interacted with followers
and helped maintain a consistent voice for both businesses online.

CHAPTER 03

Front Desk Administrative Support

Practitioners In Motion · Melbourne, Florida · 2023—2026
Working in a medical office strengthened my attention to detail and
ability to handle sensitive information. My responsibilities included
answering calls, assisting visitors, maintaining electronic patient
records and transmitting provider-approved documentation.
I also coordinated appointments and wound-care visits with residents,
helping connect patients, providers and administrative needs behind
the scenes.

CHAPTER 04

Front Desk Receptionist

The Salon Professional Academy · Melbourne, Florida · 2022—2023
At the academy, I handled incoming calls, appointments and day-to-day
front-desk organization while helping create a welcoming first impression
for guests and students.
The position also required accurate recordkeeping, including documenting
student late arrivals and keeping the reception area organized.

CHAPTER 05

Mobile Expert

Arch Telecom · T-Mobile Preferred Retailer · Melbourne · 2022
Technology retail taught me how to translate complicated information
into something understandable. I worked directly with customers to
identify their needs, compare service plans and recommend phones,
tablets, smartwatches and home internet products.
Behind the sales floor, I also assisted with incoming inventory and
stock accuracy.

CHAPTER 06

Member Service Associate

Sunshine Fitness Management · Palm Bay · 2020—2022
Working in fitness meant being one of the first people members saw when
they arrived. I helped operate the front desk, enrolled new members,
resolved billing and account questions and introduced prospective
members to the facility.
It was equal parts customer service, sales, communication and making
sure the environment stayed ready for members.

CHAPTER 07

This position grew beyond simply operating a register. I assisted with
front-end operations, cash management, customer questions, phone calls,
damaged inventory, price adjustments and closing procedures.
I also helped communicate daily responsibilities to associates and
provided support to keep the front end moving during busy periods.

CHAPTER 08

Customer Care Representative

Adecco · Estée Lauder Corporate Support · 2018—2019
This was customer service on an entirely different scale. I managed
high-volume corporate customer calls involving products, retail-store
complaints, return-policy exceptions and detailed brand questions.
Some calls involved consumer product reactions that required accurate
documentation and escalation according to corporate procedures.

CHAPTER 09

Still Writing the Next Chapter.

My career has never been defined by one industry or one job title.
What connects each experience is working with people, solving problems,
learning new systems and stepping in wherever I’m needed. Every position
has added something to the person and professional I am today — and I’m
looking forward to whatever comes next.
